According to the report, three police escort men feared death in the convoy of the Senator representing Anambra South senatorial zone, Senator Ifeanyi Ubah was attack at enugkwu Ukwu, in Njikoka Loca Government Area of the State on Sunday.
One of the eye witness said, Ifeanyi Ubah Convoy was attack surprisingly in Enugkwu Ukwu this evening, he was ambushed by heavily armed men who opened fire on his convoy. Some of the security men were killed both the aides and the police officers.
The senator managed to escape as his car was ridiculously riddled with bullets.
I was driving up to the spot from the link road to the express when some people in a shop shouted at me and asked me to come back and take another route wish I did.
The police command is yet to react on the attack.
