[NEWS] Uzodinma To Reconcile Warring Factions: Imo APC Warn

Factional Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in Imo Daniel Nwafor, has asked Gov. Expectation Uzodinma to swim into the waiting emergency presently shaking the gathering in the state. 

Nwafor made the intrigue in a meeting with newsmen in Owerri while talking on the Thursday's judgment of an Abuja High Court, which struck out an application by Marcon Nlemigbo-drove group of the gathering in the state. 


He said that the fighting in the gathering had proceeded with unabated in light of the representative's inability to intercede so as to locate an enduring answer for the stalemate. 

He prompted the senator to toe the way of legality and harmony to accommodate individuals in the general enthusiasm of the gathering and its individuals. 

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), reports that Nlemigbo's group faithful to Uzodinma had moved toward the court for a "Request for Unconditional Stay of Execution/Enforcement" of a judgment conveyed by a similar court on Aug. 14, 2018. 

Nwafor stated: "As the pioneer of the gathering in the state, Uzodinma should tow the way of legality and harmony. 

"He should keep assumptions aside and make the best decision by accommodating all the opponent chiefs and permit the opportune individuals to guide the issues of the gathering in the state as perceived by law." 

NAN reviews that during an ongoing news meeting in Owerri, Nlemigbo had blamed the Nwafor's group for being impostors and exhorted the gathering to apologize and formally come back to the gathering. 

He additionally blamed the group for hosting occupied with hostile to get-together exercises during the last broad decisions. 

As indicated by him, the group joined previous Gov. Rochas Okorocha's decision competitor Uche Nwosu, after his absconding to Action Alliance to challenge the governorship survey.
